Mobile Home Sales – Eau Claire, WI
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic salesperson to sell mobile homes in our growing communities. We are planning to bring in and sell 200+ mobile homes in our communities around Eau Claire starting this year. This is a job for you if you are great salesperson with sales, presentation skill who is disciplined and result-oriented. Join our team for a generous sales compensation and performance bonus.
You will become part of our excellent team. We will also dedicate ourselves so that you can succeed. We will make sure there is inventory of homes to sell; back-office provides enough support for the sales effort; make marketing efforts to generate leads for you; stage homes for curb appeal; improve sales process for more closing.

Compensation
$50,000 or more in commission goals are met. Opportunity to make significantly more.
Job Description
Lead sales and marketing for selling homes in the mobile home park
Handle Sales calls and email inquiries
Show prospective buyers and tenants
Close home sales
Handle home orders
Work closely with team to ensure smooth move-in
Establish and improve sales process
Capacity
Availability – Need to be onsite for showing. Weekends required.
Ability to deal with difficult people and situations
