The most basic criteria we are looking for is a mobile home park with 50 or more occupied sites with city water and city sewer. While these items are preferred, all situations will be considered. For forty years I owned the Mobile Home Park in Ohio. In the fall of last year I was approached by Certis, a potential buyer for the Park. It went into contract and closed in December. Virtually every detail surrounding and leading up to the closing was handled very professionally, and the things that Certis said would be done, were done. I only wish I had another Park to sell. If I did, Certis would be the first company I would call.
